Basic science underpins the whole brewing process, and in this workshop we’ll cover three of the main parameters measured in the brewing process: temperature, pH, and dissolved oxygen.

This workshop will answer these questions:

  • Why temperature, pH and DO are important in the brewing process?
  • What levels should these parameters be at during various stages of the process?
  • What are best practices for measuring these three parameters, and how you can easily use these parameters to help make better, more consistent beer?
