In your brewery, do you test your beer? If so, how do you know that it is done accurately? BIRA is a volunteer-run non-profit laboratory proficiency program established to help you learn just that! It is pertinent to breweries of every size. 

Presented by Thomas Parker (BIRA, Stone & Wood), and Claire Clouting (BIRA, Gage Roads), they will discuss:

  • Show you exactly what you get if you participate in BIRA
  • Show you how you can use BIRA to monitor your performance including control charting your results.
  • Basic troubleshooting you can use when you experience problems.
