We use examples from the hard-learned lessons of 100’s of Craft Breweries to cover: A simple deductive process for locating and eliminating beer spoilers from the brewery, both traditional and modern methods for detecting beer spoilers you can implement now plus the equipment you will need for the least amount of cash possible. We’ll also discuss how to harvest, store and enumerate yeast for optimal re-pitching and fermentations
