For most small and medium businesses, the idea of getting legal advice only arises when you get a nasty letter from a competitor, regulator, customer, or supplier, or maybe when you think about selling.
Being pro-active in getting legal advice is often considered a ‘discretionary spend’ that can’t be justified. This presentation will help beer producers to identify the “touch points” where their business may be unwittingly exposed – and provide cost-effective (and free!) ways to put systems and protections in place.
