Ruth Leary – Fermentis

Ruth holds an IBD Diploma in Brewing and a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science Otago University, New Zealand. Ruth studied Fermentation Science as a post-grad and fell in love with beer, she then moved to Lion Breweries NZ; first in the technical team and then as Yeast propagator. Ruth has also worked as Application Support Manager for specialty beverage ingredients and prior to Fermentis was head of ADM Wild Flavours & Speciality Ingredients, New Zealand
