Daniel fostered his interest in microbiology while working at Young Henry’s, both in brewing and distilling. He went on to setup quality assurance and control processes for Young Henry’s. Since then, he has maintained his focus on quality and brewing microbiology while studying at the Siebel Institute of Technology in San Diego and VLB in Berlin. Now in his role as technical manager – Asia Pacific for Lallemand Brewing, it’s his job to assist and troubleshoot for breweries with a combination of ongoing support, in-brewery training, and presentations. He is also on the IBA Quality Committee.
