Home brewer from an early age, started the laboratory at Young Henrys from scratch switching from the brewing floor and built it up now doing Analytics and a Full microbiology program.
Mostly self taught in the beginning with a great deal of trial and error.
Have studied at Siebel joint with white labs for Quality Assurance and Quality Control and at VLB in Berlin Applied Microbiology. Have ran the Quality program for Young Henrys for four years.
Background in IT and Director of a Bowling club for 9 years which serves craft beers.
